Softplanner is a free software that works to plan and manage work projects. You can configure various projects at the same time, and define the periods for each task, material resources, human resources assigned to each one, deadlines, etc. All the parameters necessary to define them to perfection.

One important advantage is that the Softplanner is quite visual. Everything can be graphically analyzed, in calendar or linear mode. Each element comes marked in a different colour to better identify it. In a tool like this you must have the option to generate reports in RTF, XML or PDF.
